I just don’t understand how customer service can be so bad these days, and we’re just supposed to accept it. I’ve been standing here for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge my existence, let alone allow me to pick up my print order.
Once she decided to ask “do you need something”….. in took 10 seconds to get my order and be on my way.

Staff was extremely rude, not professional at all, especially Chantry. I’m a local business owner and would never have my staff treat any customers that way. 30 minutes to mail out 1 envelope. Ridiculous.

I needed a picture blown up and printed for Mother's day the next day, and had already gone to or called 4 places before I happened to drive past this location. The girl who helped me was SO helpful and worked with me for like an hour to make sure I got what I needed. I was so relieved I had a gift for my mom, and will 100% come back to this location specifically if I need anything like this again.

Chantry the store manager is rude and shows attitude towards the customers. Don’t bother coming to this location.
Years ago I used this store often. Never again. Recently needed a print. The store corrupted the print (I unfortunately gave them an old Word file rather than PDF.) They will not reprint the file despite the fact that their software reported to them the error.
