Ordered a shipping service and scheduled a pick up; you do not get a specific time, have to waiting around all day. The first time they told me that my apartment number is wrong, I updated it and scheduled another three times but they never came, are you serious right now? You can only talk to the representative, but not the driver, it was not helpful and the service is basically non existent. No one has four days to wait around just because the movers are incompetent and could not get the job done

I’ve had great interactions with all the staff except the last two times that I’ve gone. Johnny or Jonny is incredibly condescending, not helpful, and will visibly appear annoyed to service you. I took a few boxes to ship and I spent a pretty penny (over 1k) so I would have expected this guy to be a little nicer and helpful. I was having a conversation with my partner where we kept saying “little ones” to reference the smaller house plants in the box - Johnny decided to say “These are not little boxes, guys(?)”. I’m not quite sure what prompted him to join a conversation that did not include him. I had to let him know that we understood that and we were talking about something else. He was just a smart a55 about everything. That’s the last time I use fedex for anything. Couldn’t even be helpful. Just kept insinuating I wouldn’t have the funds to ship my plants or something - I paid over 1k for them, if he thinks that’s dumb, not my problem. It’s my money and decisions. God he was frustrating.
Incompetent employees and drivers packages arrive at their destination completely destroyed, regardless of “Fragile” stickers or “This Side Up” stickers that apparently mean absolutely nothing to these people. The office employees couldn’t care less, and to top it all off, they refuse to accept government-issued state IDs on your phone the same IDs you can use to get through a federal airport with zero issues. If a TSA agent will accept it, FedEx certainly should. FedEx desperately needs a full overhaul, and they need to start at the very top with management, because the rot clearly trickles down. I am never going back to this FedEx or any FedEx, period. It’s UPS from now on
The elderly gentleman staff is extremely helpful. He is professional and kind, I don’t have to afraid anything just provide the information he asks. I strongly recommend this FedEx office to deal with your shipment.

Had my expensive order shipped here and the manager was so nice/helpful. He told me I can always use their store to have shipments sent for free if theft is a concern or signature is required, which is awesome. Great customer service
