  I met with Tyrell, yesterday. He helped me get a new phone set up. He spent a great deal of time with me, and answered a lot of questions. (I'm as dumb as a box of rocks, when it comes to technology!) He was helpful, patient, kind and very knowledgeable. I greatly appreciate all of his help!

  So even though I am with T-Mobile I wasn't discriminated against when I asked to charge my phone for a few minutes and they were 100% professional and courteous as well as compassionate to my situation and I am considering changing my service because of there service was personal and genuine happy new year
