  The food is always awesome, but something must be going wrong with the ordering system or maybe it just takes 3 times as long as expected to make the food. Was here yesterday and waited nearly an extra 25 minutes past when it should have been ready. One guy waited so long he got a refund. Also the screen on the wall that tells you what stage your order is in must be wrong cause it said the wings were getting sauced and tossed for almost 30 minutes.

  I went in to order and there was 5+ workers waiting around and talking while I waited my the register. Then the one girl that was there in the front was on the phone and wasn’t being helped and after she was off the phone took my order. I ordered my fries to be extra crispy and they were DEFINITELY not that. They were almost soggy and barely seasoned. I also ordered a 10 count boneless with 2 flavors and got 8 of one flavor and 3 of the other… I would really hope that they can give me a refund or at least talk to their workers about customer service.

  I love wing stop but this exact location always messes up something. I ask for my wings extra crispy because the soggy skin grosses me out 😩 But somehow they never come out crispy whether I pick up my order or door dash my order. And second, im not the only person this happens too but what’s going on with lemon pepper? I didn't ask for butter wings.

  I went in today for my lunch break, and called in my order a head of time and was still waiting another 15 minutes after, by the time they gave it to me, my break was 7 minutes until it was over which, was a 7 minute drive where I work. I also got food poisoning there really bad, and ended up at the hospital after work, i’d rather drive to a location that’s further than me, and to also get better customer service!

  I waited 30min for cheese fries when the place wasn’t even busy. This is the second time it’s cheese fries man lol
