To the Franchise Store owner! I was in your store on Monday around 3 pm. I wish I'd had my phone on me at that moment. Absolutely filthy establishment. Wings were under cooked. You have if I'm correct , 4 tables, all dirty, floors hadn't been swept in awhile. Trash under the bench. Door is so dirty it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in forever. I get it... young kids who dont give a you know what. Bathroom same thing. Id be ashamed to even.say I owned it. Look at cam video from that time frame. But I'm sure it still looks the same today! Amazing! 2.7 Stars! Now I see why!

SHOUT OUT TO VICTORIA AND SOOHIA …I just wanted to recognize the amazing customer service at Wingstop! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was correct and fresh. Even during a busy rush, everyone stayed positive, communicated well, and treated customers with patience and respect.
Thank you to the Wingstop team for creating such a great experience — customer service like this is what keeps people coming back!
I would like to take a moment to recognize Leanna F. at Wingstop for her absolutely outstanding customer service. From the moment my son and I walked in, she greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness that it immediately set the tone for a wonderful experience.
Leanna was incredibly attentive while taking our order and took the time to patiently and graciously answer all of my questions about the menu. What truly stood out was that she never made me feel rushed; something that is so rare in today’s fast-paced food service environment. Instead, she made us feel valued and cared for.
She went above and beyond by helping me redeem my birthday gift offer, even though she didn’t have to take that extra time. That level of thoughtfulness and willingness to help speaks volumes about her character and dedication.
Leanna took great care of both my son and me, and it did not go unnoticed. Wingstop truly hit the jackpot when they hired her—she is the definition of a “crème de la crème” employee. I sincerely hope her manager and corporate team recognize her for the exceptional service she provides. She is a shining example of what customer service should be.
