  UPS has done a great job. A few years ago, their customer service wasn’t the greatest, but they’ve really improved, and now I’m happy to be there. They’re hardworking people, and it’s a pleasant place to bring my business there.

  I appreciate this store has a set way of taking care of us customers that is efficient yet friendly! They are a smooth running machine! I have been in many UPS stores because as a business we ship everyday! This is by far the BEST!

  I am beyond frustrated with this UPS Store location and how they handle Amazon returns. This is not the first time we've had this issue, and it has become a recurring problem. The item we returned was a hose that Amazon originally shipped with the UPS shipping label placed directly on the manufacturer's product box—no outer shipping box whatsoever. Yet when we brought it back for a return, this UPS Store insisted that we purchase an additional box before they would accept it. If it was perfectly acceptable for UPS to ship the item in its original product packaging, why is it suddenly unacceptable to return it the exact same way? To make matters worse, my husband had to argue with an employee just to explain this obvious inconsistency. No customer should have to debate a return policy that makes no logical sense. This has happened to us multiple times at this location, and it feels like they're more interested in selling boxes than providing customer service. Whether it's store policy or not, the end result is that customers are pressured into spending more money simply to return an item that was shipped exactly as-is. We find this practice completely unreasonable and ethically questionable. If UPS determines that a product can safely be shipped with the label attached directly to the manufacturer's box, customers should not be forced to purchase additional packaging just to send it back. The inconsistency is frustrating, inconvenient, and leaves the impression that this location is looking for every opportunity to generate extra sales at the customer's expense. After repeated experiences like this, we've lost confidence in this UPS Store. There needs to be consistency, common sense, and far better customer service. I don’t care about your replay. If the label is on the product box when I get it, then you can ship it back the same way! Still 0 stars if I could.

  The bad reviews are real and Yelp is worse. Done here, being so close to my house I've reluctantly used this UPS store... very overpriced and not good customer service, I've had my issues with this location and I use it every month to send my expenses to my office in Mesa... always about $13-$14 to send an envelope for 4-5 day delivery as im always there on a Saturday. My last visit as always I tell them to send the cheapest option to get it to Mesa by Wednesday-ish and was quoted $28 and $30 for a letter sized envelope for 4 day delivery which us mail would have been the same time frame, I asked why so expensive this time as its usually about $13-$14 and she said "it's because your here on a Saturday" I told her I travel every week of my life and always there on a Saturday and she said... "oh I can get it there by Wednesday for $14" I asked why not give me that price the first time and she didnt have an answer. Today I discovered the UPS store at Bell and Reems down the street and also open on Sunday... thats my new UPS store.
