  This store provides with the worse customer service I have had in a very long time if not ever starting by the manager Eugene. He was condescending, and extremely rude. He made sure to let me know he hoped I never came back again. And I won't. This person might be good at moving boxes fast, but he has no business talking to people.

  This UPS store has a stupid policy of it wont ship ups packages unless they are in brown boxes. No where on the UPS official site does it say that. Won't be coming back here.

  The customer service I received from LaKenya from start to finish was amazing! She walked me through everything step by step and had provided me with the upmost respect, and best customer service I have had at a UPS store ever! Will definitely be doing all my business with them and recommend 10000/10 to family and friends.

  UPS has done a great job. A few years ago, their customer service wasn’t the greatest, but they’ve really improved, and now I’m happy to be there. They’re hardworking people, and it’s a pleasant place to bring my business there.
