  On august 5th when i came into subway to get a sandwich I noticed the manager being very unprofessional and making snarky comments towards the two gentlemen working . I have gone in multiple times busy or slow and she usually is always yelling at her employees bossing them around and saying awful comments towards the employees on behalf of being a regular customer,i feel as if I should speak up for them her name is voila and she treats her customers so sweet and nice but is so disrespectful towards her employees I prefer going at night instead of morning just to avoid having to see her being rude or bossing them around . It’s so disappointing having to see that it just makes me not wanna come to this location but the staff their are always great accept for her!!

  The workers are so nice. They gave us free drinks and they’re really sweet.

  This is the best subway I’ve been to. The food was excellent and service was great! Clean location too.

  Subway on Litchfield and waddel im going to have to remember that next time im in the area. Best location in the state forsure. Idk what happened but for the last 10 years every other subway has yesterday's leftovers tasting bread. Not this one it was almost like they made it from scratch this morning. And the guy who made my sandwich i wish I had gotten his name... he knew what he was doing. He heated the eggs separately before heating the sandwich all together so that it would stay hot longer. I didnt even ask he just did it. I swear I ate 1990s subway today lol

  About two years ago, I completely wrote off Subway. I had a few bad experiences at different Subway locations since moving to Arizona, not this Waddell location specifically, but enough that I said there was no way I was going back. Bad customer service, food that felt mid, and ingredients that didn’t always look fresh. Today, I was driving past the Subway by my house at 15423 Waddell Rd in Surprise, AZ, and decided to give it another shot. I wasn’t holding my breath, but as soon as I walked in, Celina greeted me with a big, happy smile and genuinely seemed happy to have me there. Since it had been a while since I’d been to Subway, she helped me figure out which protein bowl to order. She moved quickly, the store was very clean, and everything she did was with a smile. I was in and out fast, and the food was great. I got the Five Meat Italian protein bowl, and I’d recommend it to anyone in Surprise. Celina completely changed my mind about Subway, and because of that experience, I’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Celina!
