  I am not having a problem with the people or the atmosphere. I'm having a problem with your corporate. I purchased a gift card through AARP at a discounted rate went into the store to buy subs and you would not accept it. This week I bought another 25.00 gift card through Subway online and was supposed to receive a free 6-inch sub. I go into your store and scan the codes and they say it's invalid and it won't be accepted. This is ridiculous. You really really need to update your computer system. It's a total rip-off when you go in with a code that you've already paid for and it is not honored. I promise you I will not be coming into your location again. It's pretty sad because we really liked these subs. A response and a refund for this gift card would be greatly appreciated because I'm done with this company. I have been online for over 30 minutes trying to find somewhere that you could speak to a human being but you know how the world is that is not an option. So I hope you read this and you understand that ripping people off is not cool.

  On august 5th when i came into subway to get a sandwich I noticed the manager being very unprofessional and making snarky comments towards the two gentlemen working . I have gone in multiple times busy or slow and she usually is always yelling at her employees bossing them around and saying awful comments towards the employees on behalf of being a regular customer,i feel as if I should speak up for them her name is voila and she treats her customers so sweet and nice but is so disrespectful towards her employees I prefer going at night instead of morning just to avoid having to see her being rude or bossing them around . It’s so disappointing having to see that it just makes me not wanna come to this location but the staff their are always great accept for her!!
