Horrible selection and not accurate on their inventory expect them to run out of a lot. Subway isn't like it was 10 years ago. Now Jersey Mike is the new Subway definitely worth the money.

I ordered the Chipotle Philly through the app, and what I got back at the office was absolutely revolting. The meat was ice cold, straight from the cooler, and the cheese was cold and completely unmelted disgusting. Every Subway I've ever been to heats the meat even if you skip toasting, but this location clearly couldn't care less. Cold, slimy meat and congealed cheese made for one of the worst sandwiches I've ever forced myself to choke down.
To make it even worse, I tried calling the store twice to complain and no one answered. I only made it back to work in about three minutes, and when I left the store it was already completely empty they had zero excuse for ignoring the phone. Pathetic service on top of a truly nasty sandwich.
I don't understand all the complaints for this location. I read quite a few before going on work break and was skeptical. 1st off, food tasted great, the soda machine, mountain dew tastes perfectly fine also. Extremely nice staff, especially the native lady working behind the counter. Did not catch her name. Played good music while I was here also which for me liking Rock music, it made my night honestly. Would eat here anytime. Highly recommended. Also this is around 530 dinner rush, not overly busy but constant foot traffic. No wait really either.

Where do I begin? Clearly like most, we have all been to a Subway before. To be honest, does anybody really have high expectations when going to a Subway. Never in my life have I ever left a review for a Subway but my experience was like no other in almost 40-50 years. Walked in on Saturday 3/7/26 around 2pm and ordered the 6" daily special meal ($6.99) + Make it 12" it for +$3.00. 2 women working were seemingly moving slow and lost behind the counter, but not the end of the world. I order the daily special. Woman needs to turn around look up at the menu to figure out what it was. OK a little weird. Proceeds to make a sandwich including tearing some of the meat in half to spread it out and make it fit a 12" sandwich. Or weird too, but again I have low expectations and apparently this store likes spreading 3/4 of the typical meat on a footlong. Then we go to the dressings. Horrible portions that were embarrassingly skimpy. We get through that which now amounts to clearly the weakest looking Subway sandwich I have ever had at a Subway. Again I can get over it. Go to pay and the woman says $13.07... I look at the menu promo board and point out that the math is wrong and it should be around $10.00. Her immediate response without turning to look was, "I work here and know what I am doing. I made your sandwich and I know what it is and how much it costs." So at that point I simply give up and pay looking to get out of there. Rings up my credit card and then she starts to walk away. I ask as she is walking away "What size cup do I get?" She looks at me and says "You don't get one. You just paid for a sandwich." WHAT???!!!! No, I wanted the daily special. Her response "Well it is too late for that, you already paid and I rung you up for just a sandwich and I can't issue a refund. You can purchase a drink (about another $3.00) if you want." So if you are keeping track 12" meal (chips and drink) $10.00. I pay for the same 12" sandwich for $13.00 and get no drink and am told too bad nothing they can do and that I shouldn't have paid if I didn't like what they charged. Called today 3/11/26 to speak with the franchise owner about all this and they wouldn't give me the number. So now I suppose we can all read about it online. For what it is worth (Served by 1817 on 3/7/2026 2:22pm) Receipt says dine in, but it was takeout.
