Josh was great, he helped me figure out the best choice for what I needed and did it patiently , with a great attitude , smile and amazing customer service!!

- CBConnie BenefielAug 17, 20265.0This UPS Store is a great location for SC residents. Owners are super helpful, nice, courteous even though they are usually pretty busy. Hit it just right today. Not nearly as busy but they said I had just missed the crowd. Lol If you are close to this location give it a try. And BTW it 's just across from a McDonald's where you can grab a quick ice cream cone on your way home.
- SKsara kAug 8, 20265.0Janelle was a saving grace for me on this very hot Saturday afternoon! Came to the UPS store after waiting in the post office just to be told they can’t ship my package bc i didn’t use a box for shipping out makeup products. I learned something new with that. Then They didn’t have small enough boxes to accommodate the tiny creams I wanted to return. I still had an Amazon return to make. Went to the ups store a block from the post office, and shared with Janelle what just happened at the post office & she fixed everything. Provided me with the perfect size box & helped with sending it so I didn’t have to go back to the post office. Thank you Janelle for all your help!
- PMPatricia MealyAug 5, 20265.0Yesterday I was at this ups store and so frazzled by printer problems all day. Both people were so efficient kind and calmly. Even though it was obvious the gentleman was still being trained. Today I went back the trainee remembered me and greeted me as a frequent flyer. Both people working were efficient and friendly. I felt relieved and calmer and so happy to have such personal employees I will be returning any me I need assistance
