  Allstate / Steve Sutto / Paradise Insurance failed us near nonstop for 6 months; failing to provide account access, providing wrong information, raising rates without warning or explanation, etc. I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone and online chats to resolve issues and have received zero compensation for all of Allstate's failures. What a joke! This agency has been at the heart of it all. Avoid Allstate! Avoid Steve Sutto & Paradise Insurance!
