  sold items that I was later told wasn't part of the phone and was presented as it was included with the price of the phone, that seems deceptive. false information about the plans and was told we never told you that routine later, when told come back after the monthly bill is paid. that's what happens when there are no company own stores and at the mercy of independent resellers.

  I am a former metro pcs customer for about 30 years . I recently bought a phone from them. That was being discontinued and the rep knew that. Needless to say I started having problems with this phone. I am a galaxy guy, so a friend of mine suggested I check out cricket wireless. I stopped by the store in El Mirage where Julia was. She was courteous, knowledgeable and didn't try to sale me something I didn't want. She got me the galaxy a 16 which I was very happy. My bill is $10 dollars cheaper than metro pcs. If you are looking to get a new phone stop in and see Julia at 99th and Grand Ave. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Julia 👍👍👍
