  I wanted to share my great experience at this UPS store thanks to Aidan who went above and beyond to help me!! Aidan processed my tracking number and even helped me carry my order to the car because it was heavy! I have been to several other UPS stores and have now decided this is my "go-to" store!! Aidan went the extra mile and I can't thank him enough!!! This location is also easy to drive in and out of and they really care about their customers!! Thank you Aidan!!

  Okay. I come here all the time. They have a cute little kiosk for Amazon returns. It's awesome. Occasionally, however, you have to see an associate for certain items. I have often thought in this store why they don't have one line simply for people who need assistance with copies, faxes, or packaging. Maybe have a second line for people who already have their items packaged and just need to pay for shipping. And maybe a third item for quick drop offs? Whether those are Amazon or other UPS drop offs. They already have three people working at least every time I've been in there so, you end up waiting in a line behind 10 people and if you had one person doing each of those tasks it would go so much faster. Seems like a simple solution.
