  Everytime I need to stop for UPS business and I visit this location, the ladies are wonderful. James is a hoot! Helpful, patient, and kind. Today I needed to print a label and they made it so easy. It was the last 30mins of their day, but they provided service just as they do at the beginning of their day. Thank you!

  This is the first time at this UPS. I do like the size and the staff is friendly and I honestly feel for them because I know I am not the only one who probably complains, but this is for the owner. Charging customers for tape is outrageous. It is the exact same as customers getting charged for a Pickle at a restaurant. You may want to take on that mentality of “Give them the pickle” as Post Nets are popping up all over and they are FREE for tape and printing pre-paid labels. Shipping packages is already stressful and I was excited when I found a UPS store close to my son’s school that I can pop in and out of for Amazon returns. This is the only store that has ever charged for tape. If I come back I will make sure they are taped up. Even the location at lake pleasant and Happy Valley or Grand Ave. have tape dispensers out for customers. Maybe your store would be thriving if you made those small changes since you do have a kiosk for returns which is convenient. Just food for thought. “ Give them the pickle,” customer service goes a very long way 🤷🏻‍♀️. Have a great day.

  I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but this UPS Store absolutely deserves one. I will literally go out of my way to come to this location, even when I’m nowhere near the neighborhood, because the service is THAT good. Every single person here is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. I’m always greeted with a smile, and even when there’s a long line, they are amazingly fast and efficient. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who walk through the door. It’s rare to find customer service this consistently good anymore, and I’m seriously impressed every single time I come in. Whoever is running this location has built an amazing team. Thank you for always making something as simple as a UPS trip such a pleasant experience. You guys are wonderful! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  🌟DANA AND CREW ARE VERY HELPFUL ‼️…. 🌟 This is Especially Appreciated , as Many People Here Are Older (Sun City West Retirement Community 😁) and Frequently Need Assistance ‼️ 🌟Dana and Crew are Very Patient and Kind ‼️….and Should be Recognized for Outstanding Service and their Helpful Spirit 😁 ✅ Make Sure to Thank Them! (It’s a tough Job, especially with the Constant Flood of Amazon Returns 😳).

  Cathy has helped me many times now and she is very helpful with all of my office needs from printing poster to signing and faxing documents, oh also shipping or mailing letters.. have your store in Sun City West is a real blessing.. I also want to say that your staff is friendly so a big shout out to all of you who work at this store.. thank you Michael
