  The staff was very helpful in getting a large package shipped they also need to pack securely. They were very knowledgeable and professional. There's no doubt they will be able to handle all your shipping needs and are the best price in large packages that weigh over 10 lb.

  All representatives greet you at the door and always ask how they can assist. They also help you fill in information and help in using the Amazon scan machines. They use active listening and assist cordially. Honestly, after this store, I have not been into a USPS store because this store is very customer friendly.

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! They stole the contents of my big box package (7-piece tool set from Home Depot) and left a small box inside the big box. Would NOT trust this company to pick up or deliver packages again. Had to call the Home Depot customer service to explain what happened and what I received instead of the intended items I ordered. Wasting a lot more time having to call, explain and coordinate a replacement.. as well as waiting around for UPS to pickup this box of nothing for equipment return. Hands down would NOT recommend UPS. Terrible service and I have a suspicious feeling it was the driver that took my tools. Opening someone else's package is a felony under federal law.
