  Can be busy at times. It wasn't very busy the last time we were there but, unfortunately, there was only one person working so we still had to wait.

  Be aware that if you redirect a shipment from your home address to this UPS store, it may not be released to you. My Shipment went to store twice. First time sent back to show low sort center with no reason. Sent again next day. I went to store and package was there. They refused to release it as when THEY scanned the package, the scan said return to sender. Store manger said nothing cud be done. Sender did not ask for return . I found out I cud go to show low sort center and get package. Sort center extremely helpful (Angel) scanned package and there was no return to sender instruction . Additionally sort center said they get several returns each week from this location with no explanation. Store needs to figure this out.

  I have been coming to this store for 7 years and everyone has always been upbeat and pleasant and very forgiving when we goof! They are quick while multi-tasking all customers wishes—they are just fantastic!

  Some of my orders that I returned there and have receipts for when Amazon received my return there were missing items and I know they are stealing them at the ups store because the girls working there went through my stuff right in front of me and said sorry were being nosey and how cute it is and Amazon is telling me they are not receiving my returns and just says in transit forever until I get retrocharges or they said we only got 4 items instead of the nine u returned
