  Hands down, the employee Bear is the best service I’ve ever experienced at a UPS store location and I’ve used the stores throughout many states for years. Great attitude and hospitality

  The cost is too high to help you print a return label for Amazon returns and has poor customer service. I don't recommend this store location to anyone. It needs a new manager and new friendly kinder staff.

  UPS is so hard to have as a courier for Mail on the Reservation! either a new or lazy driver or they just dont care to deliver packagae properly or at all! several times I have had issues with delivery. Whenever I order online I ALWAYS hope the merchant doesnt use UPS because the one used for deliverys on the Reservation does not care about customer service or getting Packages to Consumers! I had to drive up to their little distribution site in Show Low just to locate and get my packages! whomever is in chare there get your employees together and do better!!
