Every time I order online and ask for my meat and bread to be toasted, it never is. I just got my online order today and again not toasted. I’m pregnant and am not supposed to eat deli meat unless it’s been heated up. I even called beforehand to make sure their toaster was working. This location sucks.
Edit: just realized they also forgot to put mayo on my sandwich too👎🏻

I’ve never had a worse experience at Subway than I did today. This location often gets my order wrong when I place it online, but never in person. I also had issues redeeming offers and rewards. The guy was rude, and the girl working got my order wrong twice. She blamed me when she was the first one to make the mistake and assumed I said “the same thing” instead of steak Philly, but she rolled her eyes and lacked customer service skills.

I like the idea of subway, but they never come through. They always have the worst customer service out of any establishment like how do they hire these people? It’s a joke, they literally have the easiest job and they can’t even do it, I’m sure my 3 year old niece could make a better sandwich and not mess it up 5 times. I know nobody will probably read this review because it’s a big corporate hot garbage fast food chain but it just be aware if you go to eat here the service will suck.

This would be my first google review but I can’t not say something. We will never be ordering or eating from this location again due to the poor quality of service this man gave out on three separate occasions. The most recent being today when he made the order that was delivered to my house and made it completely wrong. Missing over half of the items I asked for on my sandwich. Mind you I ordered this for delivery since I didn’t have a car available to me and my child was napping so when I called the store to see what could be done I was met with the rudest employee who has no interest of working with me or being nice and understanding to my frustrations to his wrong doings. This was made around noon and I failed to get his name due to him not providing it and actually just hanging up on me. I would like someone from management to get in contact with me. I place the order through the app so I need a refund since your employees couldn’t handle that for you just deleverage attitude and unkindness. Thank you. Also the fact that they put the bare minimum ingredients on my sandwich and the most burnt bread. I get people have bad days but you don’t get to treat your customers as he did just cause of that.
