  06/20/2026- between 2pm-3pm APPALLED. Without a doubt this has been the most horrendous dining experience I have had in a VERY Long time! First of all what ever happened to a hello and a friendly smile? As soon as we walked in to the venue the staff of two , Star and this other young lady with pink/orange hair had the attitude compared to a dead fish with no personality or even a sliver of respect to the customer. NO ONE was in the venue to begin with and they both had the most difficult time understanding clear English from my brother in law. You could’ve kept all of those Eye rolls to your self or maybe get a job elsewhere. Im sorry we couldn’t make up our mind between a wrap and A sandwich but man BOTH OF THESE GIRLS should not be working together or at all. I hate to use the race card but man if this wasn’t a sense of that then I must be the dumbest guy around in Arizona. The over all ambience of this place was bad and these girls made it even worse. My family and I had were driving through Sedona for a road trip through Arizona and WE WILL NEVER COME BACK EVEN IF THIS WAS THE LAST SUBWAY IM AZ.

  No joke this is the best restaurant ive ever been to, the people who work there are the nicest people ever and the food is too good i cant get enough!
