  I ordered take out from this location . When it arrived vía a delivery service non of my wings were in the bag. We called the delivery service no refund and we have to go through a process. We called the manager for the location and were asking if they could remake our order , he just kept saying , go through the delivery service. We asked again if they could help a customer out. Nope! They didnt care . Horrible customer service at this location couldn’t even help a customer out when they forgot to put the wings in the bag. Its been an hour now to customer service and no resolution , so we have no dinner tonight and no one at this store was willing to remake this order.

  Extremely unprofessional. Employees were standing around and swearing at each other while I waited as patiently as I could in the lobby. The lady at the register made an effort. Everyone else was absolute trash. Photos for identification

  Just stopped by for a mobile order, and the gentleman running the place tonight had good energy, was fast with my order, and was courteous.

  Food is always good, I stick to either boneless or tenders though so it’s hard to mess up what is essentially chicken nuggets. My only issue is that there’s never anyone to help you when you walk in, everytime I come in it’s an empty lobby and empty back of house and takes a few minutes for anyone to help me out.
