- TTTBFeb 3, 20261.0Well, I don’t know what you’re doing to address Customer service issues, such Such as associate being unfriendly and unprofessional. Just so you know, I haven’t seen any improvement since my last review. I guess it’s time for me to find a new UPS store. I refuse to support a business thats incapable of providing friendly customer service. The duo from Nepal are an exception, and they always provide exceptional experience. However, it’s the new lady ( Andrea ) that I have a problem with who has absolutely no business having that job and working at a UPS store. She is so unprofessional and just extremely unpleasant to deal with. Yes, super convenient location. However, the new lady employee working there is an abomination. She doesn’t say hello doesn’t smile and is always very unpleasant ! But She doesn’t even make eye contact. This is nothing new. I’ve noticed it over the last several visits when dropping off packages. Hey lady, if you’re gonna be that miserable and unpleasant with the public, please stay home! Nobody wants to deal with someone as unpleasant as you!! I really miss the duo from Nepal who were absolutely delightful !
