  I have used this location in the past to do returns and the staff is always very helpful. This was the first time i needed to print a shipping label. I was surprised to be charged a $5 “computer usage” fee when I never actually used the computer. I simply needed a shipping label printed, and I was charged the $5 computer fee on top of the actual printing cost. At other UPS Store locations I’ve used, $5 gets loaded, you send it the label to the email, print it on the machine and only the amount actually used deducted and the remainder refunded. At this location, however, the $5 was charged as a separate “computer usage” fee even though I didn’t use the computer. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I think customers should be aware of this charge before having a label printed here.

  The customer service here is always top notch! Every single person, behind the counter, has always been courteous, professional and extremely helpful! We love coming here for all of our postal needs. I have interacted with Malorie, more than the others, and she always has a smile and an amazing attitude. Keep up the amazing work, people!! You are all very much appreciated! Thank you!

  I walked into the store with an item that was not fitting into the box. I was fully prepared for the staff person to tell me I needed to purchase a larger box for my retirn. But Malorie to the rescue! She was literally on the floor with me ensuring this item would fit so i could return it! Incredible customer service! She didn't roll her eyes at the task at hand she did it with a smile on her face!

  I’m not sure why they say they are open 7 days a week and then are closed on Sundays. When are we supposed to do our errands?
