  I used to come to this location often but since my last experience, I refuse to use them anymore. Very Rude and disrespectful employees. One guy that works there, should NOT be in service business since he has no clue how to provide customer service. His name was Coy I believe. He actually told me out loud “I have no patience for this!” And handed the scanner to the other young guy to finish my Amazon returns. Even that guy said “ you know we close in 2 minutes”!!!! I apologized for making them actually do their JOB and walked out with rest of my stuff to go somewhere else. That Coy guy had the nerve to be at the door and with a rude attitude tell me “ adios” assuming I’m Spanish!!!!!!!!! Who hired these people!!! Who trains them!!!! Horrible experience and will never return to this location! I also make sure manager hears about this. Also UPS headquarters should know how their customers are being treated.

  I've been in almost all of Scottsdale's UPS stores. The pricing and incredible staff at this store, is by far, the BEST! Highly recommended 👌!

  Over $2.00 for one postage stamp for a tiny thank you card. Mind blown 🤯 Needless to say I will be going to the post office tomorrow.

  The staff at our Via Linda store are great - always helpful, always patient, even when customers are having a rough day. We’re lucky to have them. 😊
