  I have been going to this UPS store for many years now and have always found the staff very helpful and efficient.

  I now have had my second horrible experience with this UPS store. The first experience I paid them to pack fragile family items and they all arrived broken and UPS would not do anything about it even though they are the ones that packed it. Decided to give them another chance took a box to them with tools and a binder. They said they would tape it up correctly. My son received one of the packages and there was no tape on it. All the tools were gone and the only thing that arrived was the binder. Shame on you UPS. This is appalling and unacceptable.

  The young man with the long hair who helped me this morning at 8:15 am was very efficient, professional , helpful and so courteous. There was a line. He was by himself in the store. He was so personable and handled each customers' needs patiently with a smile...5 star human ! Give him a raise!!! He deserves one!

  UPS store at Hayden & Osborn Rd in Scottsdale AZ- Every member of their staff is exceptional in providing best service they can and always with a great smile. They all go above & beyond. Genuinely happy to assist & help.

  Mario is outstanding in serving the customers. He goes beyond his role. Due to his knowledge, patience and professionalism he helped me to save a lot of money in returning a full size refrigerator. And not only that, he’s always smiling, pleasantly willing to help. He is a keeper .
