  My sister and I had to come in yesterday with a TON of stuff cleared out of a storage locker due to an unplanned move for my parents. The mountain of stuff we brought in seemed like it would be an insurmountable task, but both Jin and Amanda calmly reassured us they would take good care of everything. They were able to see how distressed my sister and I were, and they really helped us calm down when we saw how good they were treating my parents’ possessions which included everything from antiques, priceless and irreplaceable family heirlooms, to pure junk that my parents treasured for no apparent reason. This was the second day in a row we needed to do this at two different UPS stores, and it is great to know we can expect consistently outstanding service from store to store. I cannot stress enough how thankful we were for their over the top quality of service!

  I had a great experience at The UPS Store. I stopped in during lunchtime on a Wednesday, and as expected, it was pretty busy, but the service was excellent. Kevin (I believe that was his name) was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He took the time to walk me through the most cost-efficient shipping option, which I really appreciated. Even as the line continued to grow, he maintained a calm, friendly demeanor and had a smile on his face the entire time. That level of customer service truly stood out. The store itself was clean, organized, and well-stocked with everything you could need for shipping. I will say, parking can be a bit of a challenge during peak times since there are so many businesses in the Scottsdale Promenade area, but I happened to get lucky and found a spot right away. Overall, this location definitely earned a five-star review from me. Great service, great experience, I’ll be back!

  I’ve been going to this store here for over a decade! Yesterday, I dropped off my Amazon returns with the printed label, but I noticed the store charged me $11 to box the two small cameras. I’m a bit puzzled by this.

  Absolutely fantastic. I had to fax something to a very busy government office and they took the time to try repeatedly over 4 days to make sure it got faxed.
