  I would not recommend this location based on my experience. After shipment, the package weight was adjusted and I was charged additional fees that did not match the original receipt weight. I retained photographs of the package and documentation of the original shipment details for reference. I encourage others to carefully review their receipts and any post-shipment billing adjustments.

  They was asking me $1 for taping my Amazon returns 😂 Guys what’s going on with your place and stuff? I never like your place for many reasons, and very rare came to your place. But I can’t hold myself not to write one star review now.

  The 4th time I’ve tried to use this UPS store!!! Worse customer service and bad attitude ever!!! Every time I go in there I say never again. Today I walked out went to Staples and WOW WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!!!

  Horrible customer service. Some women named Nicole told my boyfriend that I came in with a black man and picked up boxes....... the oddest thing anyone has ever said... I have no idea what this women was talking about. Then when I called to confront her she said she made an honest mistake. I’m not sure how anyone could make a mistake like that...... owner never even called to apologize for his employees complete incompetence..... unreal.... do not go here....
