She got one customer’s package scanned, another’s label printed, and somehow, in the same motion, turned to me and said, “Tell me what we’re untangling today.” I explained the documents. She didn’t blink. Didn’t hand me a clipboard and hope I’d wander off. She orchestrated. While packaging a return, she pulled up the notary rules for my specific situation. While confirming a mailbox customer’s details, she had me prepping the pages that needed her stamp. It was multitasking not as chaos, but as choreography. Then she did something that practically required a membership card to a higher tier of service: she asked for the number of the person on the other end of this deal, picked up the phone, and called them herself. Right there, while sealing a box with one hand and explaining a legal line to a stranger with the other. She walked them through exactly what they needed to verify, made sure their signature would arrive correctly, and came back to me with the whole thing aligned. Gate to gate, seamless. We talk a lot about the loss of human connection, but I think what we actually miss is competence that cares. Trinity has it. She’s not just an employee—she’s a pilot, navigating the turbulence of a busy store and landing every passenger safely. The back of a loyalty card says “Elite,” but it doesn’t mean anything. Trinity defines it. If you’re shipping yourself through life and need a moment of rare, flawless service, ask for her. She’s a rock star who doesn’t need a stage. Just a counter, a notary stamp, and a line of grateful customers who just experienced the smoothest connection they never expected to find.

  Pace was incredible!! The best customer service experience. I had to stay within a budget and he helped me strategize how I could fit everything in one box and stay within my budget. I originally went to FedEX and they weren’t willing to help me. I’m so glad I went to UPS their rates were better and so was their customer service.
