  Excellent experience every time. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have been a customer for years because they treat people with care and respect and always go the extra mile. Many of the negative reviews seem to come from walk-in customers who mistake this location for an Amazon facility or the Post Office. It is neither. It is a UPS Store, and the staff does an excellent job providing the services they offer.

  I have used UPS across the country for many years. Every UPS location I have ever visited has offered USPS drop off, including the nearby location at Tatum and Cave Creek Road. This location is slightly closer to my home, so I visited today to drop off a USPS package like I have dozens of times. Immediately I could tell something was weird. Patrons who were not stranded in the lengthy line appeared to be apologizing to the gentleman behind the counter each time they attempted to complete a transaction. Odd, but I continued to wait until it was my turn. I was immediately stopped and asked by the gentlemen what I was doing. Apparently, this location does not accept USPS packages. They will only send USPS letters. I have never heard such a thing, and asked to clarify since I have sent many USPS packages from UPS. Not this location, I was told with a snarky tone of voice. As I turned to leave, the employee stopped me and launched into a tirade about how the box I had chosen to use was unacceptable. He proceeded to all but yell at me that my package would NEVER be accepted at any mail facility. Granted, I was reusing a box and admittedly hadn’t paid attention to the old labels and symbols on it. But this employee never offered to repackage it or sell me a new, “untarnished” box. He continued his rant long enough that I had to interrupt him to say that I would be leaving to visit a location that could actually serve me. Long story short, the staff here are unhelpful at best and rude at worst. I only recommend this location if you are willing to apologize for offering them your business or prepared to say “thank you, may I have another?”

  Customer since 2013. This is one of the best businesses I have ever dealt with. Owner Mark and well trained staff have never disappointed me. Total professionals.

  This is always an easy place for me to drop things off or do amazon returns. Staff are always helpful especially when I need them to help me with something new
