  Driver Edward is clueless, he attempted to deliver my laptop to a completely different apartment complex. He took a picture of my front door that’s not mine or not anyone’s in my complex. I waited all morning for the delivery and the times were updating and getting later and later. Spoke with manger on 9/25 after being forced to pick up the laptop and he could less and seemed to know the driver Edward with is sad. I would skip FedEx and use usps or ups

  The last drop off time on FedEx for this location.. For a place that runs on schedules is completely incorrect It says 6 PM for latest FedEx express drop off However, I showed up and was told it is 5:30 Highly doubt from the experience you get trying to call a one 800 number with FedEx that a single human being will look at this review but it's my hope that it saves somebody else frustration. I just went through.👍

  Monique is such a sweet caring lady and she was very helpful, patient, and understanding with a package I was trying to ship def recommend her services.

  waste of TIME!!!! NOT A FULL SERVICE CENTER THIS IS JUST A DROP OFF FOR MAIL
