  I had such an incredible experience at this FedEx location and wanted to recognize the amazing employees who helped me. I was in a really stressful situation trying to get a time-sensitive package before my senior graduation photos, and the team here went so far above and beyond to help me. They showed so much kindness, empathy, and willingness to problem-solve when they absolutely didn’t have to. What could have been a really upsetting morning turned into such a positive experience because of their help. It’s rare to come across customer service this genuinely caring, and I’m so incredibly grateful for the employees who took the time to help me. Thank you for treating me with such kindness and making such an important day so much less stressful. Truly so appreciative of the amazing people at this location!
