  Dropped off a package at this location on 3/14 it was an Aritzia online return I didn’t tape the box and asked the worker if they where able to tape the box up for me they stated yes I took a photo of my receipt and the package at the counter went about my day. I just got an email from Aritzia stating they’re not refunding all the items I selected for return since they were not recieved. When I reviewed the photo i took at FedEx it’s clear all the items were in the box, someone either took items from the box before taping or displaced them. I cannot file a dispute with my CC and Aritzia will not refund me. Very annoyed with this location no one has answered the phone here.

  What they don't tell you is they will not accept shipments from any other carrier. No USPS or UPS I had no address as I was traveling. Asked if I could get a package shipped there. Answer sure! Wrong. Only FedEx packages. I had no idea. The y automatically send it back. Sweet. I suppose I should know. Never used them before. Live and learn.

  The location is in a good spot for easy access right off Scottsdale Rd. The place was clean when I walked in. Pricing varies depending on delivery preferences. The hours work for me however if you need last min overnight shipping, I highly recommend going to another location or having a pre-made label otherwise the package is likely to go out next day with no sense of URGENCY even if delivery person picking packages up asks staff if that is needing to go out while in middle of transaction.   Wow what a nice people and service. I would steal them if I had a business as they know how to take care of a customer I was lost and they fixed my problem .

  I was told that I cannot use a specific address because Fedex doesn't accept that format. But every other Fedex nearby had no issues.
