  If you want terrible service please go here. They will treat you badly and have no customer service approach at all. Avoid this place if you don't like bad treatment.

  Dropped off a package at this location on 3/14 it was an Aritzia online return I didn’t tape the box and asked the worker if they where able to tape the box up for me they stated yes I took a photo of my receipt and the package at the counter went about my day. I just got an email from Aritzia stating they’re not refunding all the items I selected for return since they were not recieved. When I reviewed the photo i took at FedEx it’s clear all the items were in the box, someone either took items from the box before taping or displaced them. I cannot file a dispute with my CC and Aritzia will not refund me. Very annoyed with this location no one has answered the phone here.

  The staff at this location are top notch. I have used this FedEx for shipping, printing, even returning DirecTV equipment (as instructed by DirecTV). I once received a personal phone call to confirm some potential issues with a print order, which saved me a headache and re-order. And I get a sincere 'Thank You' for using their center for shipping. All around great service.

  Really nice people. I have shipped twice here and both times were friendly helpful service. I had to wait a few minutes, but it's because most other customers are clueless about how shipping works. I would never want to work at a shipping store and deal with that. Many thanks to the ladies who run this place !
