  I had ask for help I really didn't no how to use there copy machine to send documents to a email , I can't tell you how rude this guy was rolling his eyes he was so upset I asked for help, , that man didn't like being there he needs a job, were you don't help people would give 0 stars only put 1 star to post this review

  I had an extremely troubling experience with a customer service representative named Stephen. I walked up to the counter and put my packages on the scale and he shoved them off in a very rude manner. He was extremely short with me. I’ve been a customer of this location for many years and I’ve never been treated with such disrespect. While I was walking away, he said out loud “you’re welcome “. This took place at 4:05 PM on June 1, 2026. I’ve already contacted the supervisor at this location and I plan on escalating this to corporate as I am shocked at the way Stephen treated me. I would caution anyone else doing business here to stay away from this specific employee.

  Elijah was AMAZING! His customer service, attention to detail and 100% customer satisfaction is A++++! He’s why out of all the FedEx Offices, I come here ☀️😊😊😊
