After my bed was delivered to the wrong unit on the second level, the person living at that unit sent us a video of the delivery person pushing the bed down 2 flights of stairs and this is how the $1300 bed arrived to our house. They didn't even do a good job of hiding the fact they destroyed the box and damaged the bed inside.
Emma is fantastic, she is the best team lead I have ever worked with. She and Zach provided quality customer service for my recent shipping needs, and I always go out of my way to work with her team. They took great care in packing my items. Bravo Emma!

I hope when FedEx reads us, they put it in both of their files and when they’re up for review, somebody will actually see it and they don’t just give them a cupcake and a balloon this FedEx has got the greatest team of people working in it way more better than I expected, and I thank them both very very much for their professionalism. I only patronize this location because it is convenient. I like using the self-serve print, copy, fax and such, but the staff are horrid. It is a regular occurrence to walk in and out of this location with not so much as a "hello" or even a glance from the females who work there. I have witnessed the manager belittle her staff in front of customers, so I'm not surprised that the customer service is so bad. I'd hate working there too with such a mean-spirited person. FedEx would do well to get rid of her, for sure.
