  Location is inside a hotel and is not really operational. Sent a package there and they said they could not take it. FedEx should pull the spot.

  Do not go to drop off packages or ship. They will charge a "handling fee" even if you have a FedEx account. Rip off!!

  We had a important time sensitive document we needed printed. My fiancé and I stopped by one day and asked if we could print from our phone. We were told by the women who works here, that it was impossible to do so. That we would need a flash drive to print anything. We went and bought a flash drive, drove back to our house to load the document on to said flash drive, then drove back to the store. We decided to do use the self print station, and to our surprise there was a print from phone option. We wasted time and money, all because this women isn’t knowledgeable about the services offered. Not to mention we were a day late on sending the document, all because of her lack of knowledge.
