  Horrendous customer service. Not one person greeted us or helped us. We were just trying to print one document and fed ex makes it IMPOSSIBLE. Both their printing kiosks weren’t letting us print. After trying for 10 minutes we went to the computers. TOTAL SCAM. It shouldn’t be impossible to print ONE document. So we paid for the minimum amount of time to print, but the time we got pass all the securities you have to go through and finally to our document, “there wasn’t enough funds to print the document”. AND THERE IS NO WAY TO ADD MORE MONEY WITHOUT EXITING OUT AND STARTING OVER COMPLETELY. We finally just gave up and went to the front and asked what was going on. They said you can send the documents to them and they can print it. Whatever you do avoid using the computers and kiosks to print, just go to the front and have them do it for you. A really disgraceful business practice by fed ex.

  We live right across the street. We’ve been in here three times all three times we’ve dealt with a different employee and each time the employees seem like they either hate their job, Hate management or hate the customers that are in there. The employees are beyond rude and speak down to customers. Either way the people that work here or this entire branch is in some major need of customer service training.

  Had a great experience today thanks to Jeressa. I always have high anxiety when I come here to use the printer/scanner. Not today, thanks to this wonderful and patient employee. It wasn't a smooth process on my phone transferring data but she gave me alternative emails to make the process happen. Zero frustration on my part and I owe that to her.
