I visited the FedEx Office location today and had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time, thanks to Chase.
I came in needing to print a shipping label for a large mirror that was still in my car. Chase immediately said he could help print the label and even offered to help bring the mirror in from my car. He was incredibly kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to assist.
What impressed me even more was hearing him interact with other customers while I was there. He treated everyone with the same level of patience, friendliness, and genuine willingness to help.
Chase's customer service is truly exceptional. It's rare to come across someone who is so dedicated to helping customers and creating such a positive experience. Thank you, Chase, for your outstanding service!

To regional FedEx management: The service at this location is completely unacceptable and needs immediate oversight. During my visit, the attendant was rude, aloof, and completely incompetent. They were visibly rushing to close the store early and completely neglected basic packing standards. I witnessed them process an $800+ golf club shipment for the customer ahead of me by just tossing the bags into a cardboard box with zero protective padding or bubble wrap. The sheer lack of care for customers' expensive property is appalling. I will be taking my shipping needs elsewhere and strongly advise others to do the same until the staff here is properly trained to care about the items they handle.

I’m posting for my mother, as she’s not technologically savvy. She went to FedEx on two occasions and both times, Chase Wayne helped her and went above and beyond. I’m glad there are people to help her when we can’t be there. Great job Chase!
