  Angel at the FedEx Office inside the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess was incredibly helpful. I called regarding an early package delivery issue, and Angel took the time to look into the shipment, confirm the delivery details, and clearly explain how the packages would be stored until the guest arrives. He was patient, professional, and made the process much easier during a time-sensitive situation. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.

  Terrie is an excellent professional. She continues to take great care of all customers and packages with efficiency. I highly recommend Terrie at the FedEx office printed ship center in North Scottsdale as she goes above and beyond.

  Walked in here with a QR code from Google. Even though free everywhere else, told me there is extra fees here because it's a hotel (not advertised anywhere else). On top of that, the QR code return service google provided includes packaging. I do a lot of buying from the official Google store as part of my business and consequently many returns as well. Every other FedEx office I've been to scans the QR code and sees that packaging is included. It was actually the representatives at my first return that informed me of this. I didn't even know. As I'm walking out the lady tells me packaging is never included in returns.... I tell her this is not my first one and it's been included every time and she just does this "you're an idiot" look at me and says "cool" with an attitude. Nasty people.
