  August 31st. I arrived at approximately 7:20 p.m., well before the boutique’s stated 8:00 p.m. closing time. When I approached the store, I could see an employee sitting behind the curtains using his phone. After noticing me, he stood up and told me that the boutique was only assisting clients who had appointments. I was surprised by this and responded that he was sitting down and did not appear to be assisting anyone. He then told me that he had many things to do in the back. I specifically asked him what time the boutique closed, and he confirmed that it closed at 8:00 p.m. Despite there being approximately 40 minutes remaining during regular business hours, I was still refused entry. I find this extremely disappointing and inconsistent with the level of hospitality and customer service I would expect from Dolce & Gabbana. I made the effort to visit your boutique during its published business hours and was effectively turned away while an employee was sitting inside on his phone. I also reviewed the boutique information published by Dolce & Gabbana. While customers are given the option to book an appointment, I have found nothing indicating that the Scottsdale boutique becomes “appointment only” before its published closing time.

  Tammy is the best! Took care of us and was super friendly. She was patient and extremely knowledgable on the brand designs. 10/10 experience!!!
