I returned a pair of shoes to the store that I ordered online. They told me they had to send them back to corporate for the return to process. Now corporate is telling me that the shoes are not in resale condition and are rejecting my return. THE STORE DEFINITELY TAMPERED WITH THEM!!! I had tried them on once at home before returning them and was sure to keep them in pristine condition because I knew they were a half size smaller than I normally wear and was extremely careful. These employees cannot be trusted and now I am paying the price!!!

The service here was terrible! The guard was truly invasive. Then, the sales woman was very condescending and patronizing with her sneering looks, tone in her voice when she spoke to me (when she didn’t ignore me), and her comment to me and another sales associate that I couldn’t afford to buy anything in there…
Pablo was fantastic. I bought the cutest shoes from them and he was so friendly and all around awesome. I highly recommend seeing him in the Dior boutique in Fashion Square.

Worst ever . They were hardly 2 people in the store and the store front person made us wait for 30 min . When we confronted him he made us wait more than, eventually we left without even entering . Worst ever store of Dior . Hope they close the store if they don’t want our business. Shame
