  Fantastic and super helpful. I choose this location over all the others due to their convenient drop off bin. I come a few times a week here and have never had a problem. Very friendly staff who always help.

  I went here today around 3:55 to drop off some packages and the young lady there little shorty about 4'10 90 lb kept telling me we're closing we're closing we're closing you can't do that you can't do that very disrespectful and unprofessional she needs to learn people skills as I'm standing there she's rolling up the security doors and it's not even 4:00 how disrespectful can you be she keeps telling me I got to close up I'm going I got to go home I got to go home we close at 4:00 but it wasn't for when you run a business and those are your hours you need to stay open I've been going there a long time and everybody's nice I don't know what her problem was but she needs to learn people skills I will be finding and making contact with the owner and letting him know how his employee treat their customers

  Atrocious customer service. I came in and was the only customer in the store. There were 3 employees with obviously nothing to do. So, I was surprised when I approached the counter and they told me to use the self scanner. In the past there were other employees who gracefully just did their job and help the customer. I let them know I wasn't interested in the self scanner and if they could just assist but no, they refused. Then when I told them this is rude behavior I was met with such animosity, especially from Jade. I was shocked at her nasty, condescending and disrespectful manner towards me. The audacity the arrogance, wow. When I was in their shoes I wouldn't have ever talked to an adult that way. Afterwards I reached out to this store's management directly at the 6000ups store email but I never received a response. I suppose that shouldn't be a surprise because after all, their behavior is a result of poor management! I've moved on to the "pack n ship" or the USPS auth dealer by Home Depot for all my needs and will never give this dumb place my business again.

  I use a lot of UPS stores for work. This is beyond the easiest to work with. They are always smiling and having fun. Thanks yall!
