  Oscar is absolutely one of the RUDEST, condescending “employee” I have ever encountered in my life. His tone of sarcasm when his feelings got hurt because I asked him to re-laminate a picture was a disgusting display of the most unprofessional customer service. I am sorry, I run a business and things need to look UNIFORMAL. All the other times I had it done here they came out great. Just cause I asked for a change as a PAYING CUSTOMER doesn’t give him any right to mistreat customers! I am not paying for your feelings, I am paying for a service. Then had the balls to say I was harrassing him. If you’re that affected by someone asking you to do your job right, then this might not be the job for you, my friend! He also REFUSED to give any contact info for the store owner so they could be notified of his lack of managerial skills while dealing with customers. Will NOT be returning again- I’ll take my money and business elsewhere.

  Avoid this place. They just charged me $3.30 for a single postage stamp. I get that they mark it up a little, but last time it was just over $1, now it’s almost tripled? So I basically paid about $2.50 for them to put a stamp on an envelope.

  The best UPS store for all of your printing copy mailing needs Miss Jade the manager is so very helpful. I’m older technologically challenged and she is always so patient to make sure that I understand. She helps me understand the Internet makes copies That I’m an inconvenience. I love this location. The employees are professional. And friendly highly recommend this location above all others Combs in Gayle Frys shopping center error on that her name is Jade JADE. Is so very helpful Very deserving of her management position I always look forward to seeing her This location has greatly improved. It’s customer service since she has been in charge ! Highly recommend this location on Combs and gantzel. I have been to other locations and this is the only one I will go to

  I have been a longtime customer of this store, mainly using it for my PO Box and mail forwarding. Since becoming a customer I have always appreciated the service they give, even when the store is busy (about a 50/50 chance of being busy at any given visit). Today, Jade gave me superior customer service and handled my needs even though they were having "system problems" with their computers at the moment. To make sure I felt followed up on she called me after my transaction was complete so I wouldn't be wondering. Excellent service!
