  Wife called to get a number transfer pin because her screen is cracked and we upgraded with the new carrier. They tell her over the phone she has to come in. She goes into the store and then they tell her they can't do it from there actually and she has to call customer care. After 30 mins on hold, the customer care reps tells her the same pin MY phone received 2 days ago works for her line also. Two employees in there and neither one knew what was up... Can't imagine why we switched after 12 years

  Inaki at this store sucks at customer service I’ve been with you guys for 3 years and I asked to kindly speak to a manager or if her can transfer my call and his assistance was no help whatsoever I’m switching to a different company you guys had a good customer and lost me bye cricket
