  Kai was extremely rude. You can tell he did not want to be there nor did he want to attend to customers. He also made our order wrong but I did not want to make it a big deal. He also rang the order wrong as we asked if the buy one footlong and get another footlong free was still valid as he said “yeah” and still charged me for both sandwiches.

  Each time i place an online order, it seems like they always use the same excuse of “we ran out of bread” cause they messed the order up. However the bread is the half of it, give no cheese when I asked for some, no cucumbers when I asked for some, no salt and pepper when I asked for some. If you ran out of an ingredient you should inform the customer upon arrival not just give them a modified order from what they asked for expecting us to be ok with it. Either make more bread or make better announcements.

  Store closed two hours before actual closing I came at 9:36 and the sight says 11 , employees laughed and just said they were closed. And kept watching me as if I was intruding.
