  I never expect good customer service anymore from ANY wing stop but these kids need a reality check. You’re better off taking $30 throwing it in the trash and then heading to your nearest favorite restaurant when it comes to the food as well.

  I stopped by Wingstop last night, and I just wanted to recognize Nick and Melina for the outstanding service they provided. They were both friendly, professional, and made sure my order was handled quickly and accurately. The food came out fresh, hot, and tasted amazing. Even though they were busy, they stayed positive and made everyone feel welcome. It’s customer service like theirs that keeps people coming back. Thank you, Nick and Melina, for making my visit such a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

  Hello my name is Emily Me and my boyfriend stopped by the Wingstop on Rittenhouse and Ellsworth and had a great experience. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The wings were cooked perfectly, and the fries were seasoned just right. What really stood out was the customer service. There was a gentleman working there with a rose tattoo on his hand and additional tattoos on his arm who was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. He greeted customers with a positive attitude, kept things moving efficiently, and made sure everyone was taken care of. Employees like him make a big difference and are a big reason customers want to come back. Overall, great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning and would recommend this location to anyone looking for quality wings and excellent customer service.
