  I've used this UPS Store for countless Amazon returns, and they've always been friendly, fast, and helpful. What really stood out recently was how kind they were to my kids when they wanted to handle an Amazon return themselves. The staff took the time to let them participate, and my kids left feeling so proud and excited about doing the transaction on their own. They've also helped me out with a last-minute graduation photo project and had everything edited and ready incredibly quickly. The customer service is always outstanding. I love supporting a business that is not only family-oriented but also gives back to the community by helping the local school pay off student lunch balances. Great people, great service, and a business that truly cares. Highly recommend!

  The only good thing about this store is the Amazon return. They charge you for a single piece of tape (just once across the top of a box was all that was needed and they wanted to charge me more than a roll of packing tape). They've literally never had a notary present anytime I've attempted to use the services that they proudly boast on the sidewalk. It's not true. I guess you have to call ahead to find out if a notary will possibly be there when you arrive, but nothing is guaranteed. Apparently the UPS store on Combs& Gantzel is the reliable place to go! Good to know for the future.

  Never using this store again. I don't know if it was a racial thing. Never seen that store with this white woman there. Since we've been using this store since they opened about almost 2 years ago. Done scent? Probably 10 packages from this store. Nothing has ever been wrong with U. P. S boxes, Lowe's boxes even Walmart heavy duty boxes. But of all days, we can interrupt it in our conversation with our transaction abruptly, stating that we need to use different boxes. We need to wrap the boxes, pay 5 extra dollars for each box. So that the box and contents of the box don't get damaged. And now we get the box one, not both at the same time. Like, we normally do, because they use different tracking numbers. This time and the box and the artifacts in the box are damaged. 10 out of 10 will never recommend again. Use FedEx, I'm gonna use a different ups. Maybe don't go here!
