6:15 p.m. there's nobody there I stood at the line for more than 5 minutes without an acknowledgment or without the girl and the older guy working there stating how long it would take before they could get to me. When I asked them the lady had a smart ass smile on her face. This place deserves zero stars

Sorry excuse of a manager doesn’t know how sub of the day works, super argumentative, and can barely speak English, let alone understand it. Don’t waste your time at this location
You can't make it a meal, you have to pay for each item individually.. The lady didn't understand me when I was asking the price to add a meal, she was pointing to today's special.and telling me $7-49 which is what they changed as a veg club then added pepperoni. We didn't get a veg club , we got pepperoni and cheese and the veg everyone gets free with the sandwiches. The man had to explain that you pay for everything separately, then wanted to talk to me in Spanish. This place is a rip off go to a different one,, not the one on the corner of Gantzel and Hunt, behind the OK.
I’ve been eating at this Subway for quite some time because my kid loves the meatball sub, so we come here often. Unfortunately, this location consistently has issues, and today was the last straw.
The day prior to this visit, I ordered three footlong subs and also purchased a soft drink. When I went to fill the drink, every single flavor was either flat, missing carbonation, or had no syrup at all. The employees told me the owner was already aware of the issue but that there had been no progress in fixing it. I should have complained then, but I didn’t.
The next day, I returned and ordered three footlong subs again. Based on the current promotion, I should have received a free sub since I had purchased three the day before. When I asked the employee at checkout about the free sub, she told me yes and said she took it off the bill. After checking my receipt, I was charged full price for all three subs, and they also used a $2 reward redemption from my account without fixing the promotion.
When I asked them to resolve it, I was told they could refund the cost of one sandwich—which would have been fine—until she then said she had to physically take the sandwich back because of the refund. That makes absolutely no sense. The sandwich was already made, and the mistake was theirs. The end result was that I lost my free sub entirely.
Between the broken drink machine that the owner apparently knows about, repeated checkout errors, and employees who clearly aren’t trained on how to handle promotions or customer issues, there seems to be a larger problem with ownership and training at this location.
I would not recommend this Subway. I’ve had issues here on multiple occasions, and unless there are serious changes made, I won’t be returning.

This Subway is the best location in the area. The subs are always very full and very well made. Won't go to any other location!
