    Carrie is always so helpful and pleasant. She explains all your shipping options and she doesn't rush. I live closer to the Willow Creek location/store, but I drive the extra miles because of the excellent customer service I receive from Carrie at the Gurley Street UPS Store n Prescott AZ.     Your employee Carrie H. Had 3 customers, I being one of them. She was professional and calmly took care of us in a timely and efficient manner. All questions answered in intelligent and easy to understand way. But here comes the good part she smiled and seemed to like her job and the people she helped.
