  Subway on Sheldon -- arrived at 7:30 (8pm closing time). There's a handwritten sign on the door "closed at 7". Employee inside said Subway at Frontier Village is open. Arrived in Frontier Village at 7:45 -- Door is locked. Hours posted on door show 8:00 as closing time. Employee inside says, "We closed early." Poor customer service. I notified Corporate.

  I ordered online. Went into this location for the first time, and as I walked in the old guy's head was down, making a sandwich. I said hello and my name, and that I was there to pick up an order. He rudely said that "all pickup orders are right there on the pick-up area." How would I know? I don't work there! He didn't even look up, or welcome me. Then, I asked if there were napkins inside of the bag. He said "no, they're over there by the door." His demeanor was just off-putting and from a previous review, I think he must be the franchisee owner, because I don't know how anyone would employ this jerk.

  It's really nice to walk into an establishment like this and be greeted, helped with a smile and not asked for a tip. The restaurant was clean, frequented by patrons and yet I did not wait to be served. Offered potato chips, cookies or drink. It was a pleasure going here for lunch.

  Okay came in here today had three sandwiches made. Tomato's look like they were frozen and do not look fresh. None of the veggies looked fresh to be honest. Half of the cambro dishes had ice on them. Bread was a little off not the nice and fluffy you normally get. Now on to the sandwiches. When a customer says I used to work for subway shouldn't that say something Okay one sandwich ordered was a double meat by itself but literally got enough meat for a six inch sub then I guess I had to explain the meat should be heated. Sorry it is not my job as a customer to tell you how to do your job. I ordered a hot sandwich and you attempt to sell it to me cold. Yeah don't think so. When a customer says not toasted does not equal not hot. Not very happy. Will not be returning to this particular subway any time soon

  When I went into Subway the music was so loud I had a hard time communicating with the male employee. I was literally yelling my order at him. A few times I had to repeat what I was saying because he couldn’t hear what I was saying. It was rap music with various swear words being said. I told the employee the music was too loud & I didn’t appreciate having to listen to the raunchy words. His comment was “it’s only Kanye West”.
