  Went in to fax a document. The fax machine is self serve, and while the instructions are "step by step" starting with a separate payment screen, I wasn't confident that I was doing it correctly. The staff person, Annie, walked me through it flawlessly and quickly. She was professional and personable. First rate experience.

  I am done FedEx, FOREVER! They are horrible, not only overall with no way to speak to a human, but also THIS Location! These people managing here should be fired! I had to drive 1.5 hours to return a work computer to ONLY this location from their stupid QR code way... ANYWAY, THEY WOULDNT TAKE IT! They said after me driving 1.5 hours, FOR THEM, their staff said network error issues... He said its not ypu, its our system - Now, not only that, I said, 'ok just leave boxes here and scan them when ots back up'. So simple!!! HE & SHE SAID NO - YOU MUST TAKE THE BOXES AND LEAVE!! Like, you have got to be freaking kiddong me!! The 2 QR codes were already paid for and these rude stubborn big headed brats just needed their power trip! Never ever again in my life will I ever pay for FedEx nor ever use FedEx. They are so so bad, crappy and too expensive on top of alll the horridness there!!! Hope youre all happy, I got the corporation I was with to never use them again too. This QR code thing is a joke!! You cant go to any fedex, only these corporate greedy locations and in northern AZ, thats hard! Never ever use FedEx, especially here!!!
