  Customer service is phenomenal at the store in PV!!! Xena & Ariah are especially amazing, they go absolutely above & beyond for everyone; even grumpy customers!!! It's always a happy environment and I enjoy picking up my mail!!!

  The service is amazing!!! Xena and team are some of the most effective, efficient, and knowledgeable people I have ever worked with. As a box holder and avid Amazon shopper, they are a big part of my weekly life experience and they truly are a joy to see each week. Been a customer for 5 years and will stay a customer as long as this amazing team is here!

  ​I always have a great experience at this ups store location. The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Whenever I have a return, whether it's amazon or just a regular shipment, they take care of everything quickly. ​The store is always clean and organized. Highly recommend this team for their great customer service!

  Xena our representative. She was very caring with the artwork I was mailing. Bubble wrapping in front of me and also accomendated my additional request of adding the filler to make sure it didn’t move around the box.
