  My wife went in there to get a package sent to the intended recipient after it was erroneously delivered to our house. My wife is a very polite southern belle. The 2 workers (no manager on shift today) were unnecessarily rude to her, like she was inconveniencing them. I called to speak to the manager to remind them that customer service is important and if they want their 2.8 rating on Google Maps to increase, they might wanna have a little more courtesy. The rep who answered my call proceeded to dismissively respond with “I’m sorry she felt that way,” taking no responsibility. I interjected “no, I’m sorry you behaved that way,” and she finally had the courage to muster “I apologize.” Whoever is in charge of this place may want to take a look in the mirror and get their stuff together, there’s too many negative reviews on here for a service business franchise. The market will destroy and replace you, especially now that there’s alternative shipping locations close by. Drop the attitude and realize who pays your paychecks.

  Would give zero stars if I could. Incredibly rude staff. Took my business to the post office instead. They shipped for 1/4 of the price.

  I will avoid shipping using UPS since apparently the only customer service you can get is the 800 number where it's hard to get someone to talk to, the connection isn't great, so it's hard to communicate and you don't end up getting help. Even though I shipped it from there no help.
