  The subway inside the Walmart in Prescott Valley was clean and they weren't busy so service was fast. The girls working were great, make my very specific sandwich perfectly, it was excellent!!

  Decided to get a DoorDash order for my pregnant wife and I and ordered some basic toasted subs and an order of raspberry cheesecake cookies. When we got the food we quickly realized that our subs were in fact not toasted on either one and they gave us the macadamia nut cookies instead. Luckily we do not have a nut allergy but the factor of them just giving out the most dangerous cookie they have out is a problem.

  Standing there for 5 minutes whilst I hear employees laughing in the back, nowhere to be seen, no bell to ring. We walked away after realizing waiting was no good, these employees were hiding away from me and others trying to order. It was 7pm. If I could give zero stars I would, I see from other reviews someone in charge needs to rethink who they hire.

  Wow just wow. Firing someone over that. These employees are super entitled and for some reason it doesn’t seem like they know how to run a store. The GM seems to be too young and cocky. The rest of the employees. What little they have now. Are already done with this place. My daughter got a sub the other day and the attitude and atmosphere has changed this past few weeks. I don’t who the last but they need that person back. There was a handle of things not late at night running out of ridiculous things and not bothering to check to see if we are ready to order right away is kinda bewildered. They told me there is a bell there for a reason. I don’t want to point fingers but I think they are all in the wrong. I won’t be coming back to this subway. I hope that management see what they need to fix and get whatever bad vibes out of there. They need that one chick back.

  Becka was amazing, her sandwich making is actually an art 😂🤩 Very friendly and educated on the menu, even items no longer listed!!
