  If I could give 0 stars I would ! How yall let someone steal my food then say it wasn’t yall fault ? Like how it’s not yall fault. The thief came into yall establishment. Whoever it was, was not properly checked to see if it was their order. The assistant manager says it was the cashier. How they don’t know protocols with online orders etc. She didn’t even take accountability for any of it! I’m highly pissed. To me it was some foul stuff going on in there I believe they know who took my food.

  You can never go wrong with wingstop.. delicious 😋 friendly staff and clean service.. we ordered 50wings with 4 different flavors with fries.. everything was fresh and as expected

  The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered $54 worth of wings, which got stolen by the Doordasher. While this could not be avoided by the Wingstop team, their handling of my calls to request a refund was unorganized, unhelpful, and unfriendly. I asked for the manager when the person I was talking to clearly was not understanding how to help me, then I am met with someone who sounds even less knowledgeable of the fact. This person says "let me get my manager". Why am I not connected with a manager when I ask for one? Do not order from this Wingstop if you want delivery. I pressed order from the Wingstop website and it was passed to Doordash. I know this is not Wingstop's fault, but they clearly do not know how to handle these issues.
