  had a disappointing experience at this Wingstop location\. The cashier was pleasant and friendly, which I appreciated\. However, my order was made incorrectly\. I ordered a 5\-piece combo with **Louisiana Rub** and **Cajun Dry Rub** wings\. The Cajun Dry Rub wings were not dry rub at all—they were covered in sauce and were wet\. I also requested that all of my wings be cooked **well done**\. When I returned to have the order corrected, the employee who identified himself as **Angel** took the wings that I had already been served, removed them from my box, and dropped those same wings back into the fryer\. This was extremely concerning and appeared unsanitary\. Since I had specifically requested my wings well done, they should have been remade fresh rather than taking food that had already been served to me and placing it back into the fryer\. While I appreciate that the cashier was courteous, the way my order was handled afterward was unacceptable\. I hope management addresses proper food safety procedures and ensures staff understand how to correct orders in a safe and sanitary manner\.

  The food is fine, but every time I go to that place they make mistakes with the orders, sometimes missing food and other times they give me something I didn't ask for, it's always like I had to ask for the order again, but they tried to fix it btw

  Honestly I usually love this place but I’m extremely frustrated because I ordered late at night and got my food close to closing time which I didn’t think anything of because there’s never an issue but this time they forgot a whole part of my order, the MAIN part of the meal no chicken tenders so I call the restaurant to see if they could possibly make them because that was my dinner I literally didn’t have anything else and they said they couldn’t do anything for me and told me to have a nice night, crazy how you can take somebody’s money and not give them what they wanted it’s super unprofessional.

  This location never fails to disappoint. This is now the 3rd time we’ve gone to this location and something is always missing. I should be able to trust that everything I’ve paid for is in the bag. I literally asked, are my fries and chicken sandwiches in the bag…yes, everything is in the bag, we check it twice. Well that’s a lie. Not only were both fries missing but the ranch with one of the combos was missing as well.
