  Clean tables for the most part and quality food with prompt service. And they did not give me hot sause because I never asked for any. But they did give me ranch and ketchup without any false promises. Much better food than jack-&-spits in your food places.

  I spent $150.43 for a large party, my mistake was not checking my order before leaving. Instead I trusted my order was given to me correctly. It wasn't till after getting to my destination and the person who ordered the honey hot wings 20 total brought it to my attention they were missing. After many phone call attempts later and I had to drive back to the location. To only be looked at like a liar and made to wait for last shifts manager to decline helping me. I was told you only get 15min to prove there was an issue with my order. Really!!!! After spending so much money and wasting gas to drive back since no one was answering the phone. I was told Nope your loss, not ours. Worst service I have ever had and sad cause this was a staff error. A customer shouldn't have to do their job to make sure the full order is given to them correctly. Extremely disappointed and pissed cause thats a 20 piece meal and $28-$30 down the toilet. Dissatisfied with the service and not sure if this is real policy or not. But its ridiculous how I was made to feel like I did something wrong. When they messed up my order

  My wife and I were not familiar with the menu, but Joanne, the very helpful and informative cashier, helped us develop our order. Great atmosphere and apparently popular. Oh yes, the food is very good as well as the price.

  It’s a weird location but it’s not bad. Don’t buy chicken sandwiches at Wingstop though. They taste like school lunch and the chicken is always some weird flat patty.
