  My daughter and I got there a little after 2pm today (September 18th) place was very clean ,we'll stocked..and the food was hot,fresh and delicious! Customer service was great (I can't remember the young ladies name) the manager Kathy (hopefully I spelled that right) was very pleasant..we will be going there again..thank you!

  I lived down the street from here, and I order all the time. I'm not sure if it's under new management, but the service is great. Keep up the good work.

  I had an amazing experience at this Wingstop! I came in around 5:50pm ish for takeout, and as soon as I walked through the door, the cashier greeted me with a smile and made me feel so welcomed. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to make sure everything was right with my order. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my visit even better. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and my order was made exactly how I wanted it. Great customer service and great food I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Once again, this place isn't doing its job right. They gave me lukewarm fries and an 8-piece combo—supposed to be a full set—but I only got 6 flats and 2 drums, and they were lukewarm too. I spoke to the manager, and I don't think she did her job either; there was no real conversation or explanation—she just said, "It's not my store; it's frustrating," and walked away.

  I just ate at this Wingstop location off of 43rd Ave. in McDowell area. Saw a roach climbing down the wall and climbed behind the beverage area. Have a video of it. I told the worker there and showed her a video. And they don’t seem to have cared about it. They just all continue to work. Nobody even took the time to look for that roach or even try to take it out. It’s kind of gross. Could only imagine if there was a roach in the kitchen and if these workers let it be. Got to do something about this Wingstop. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this location because of the disgusting environment.
