Isaac went out of his way to help me, even thought they were closed and he wasnt obligated to. Great customer service

Staff were very helpful here. They went above and beyond to help hold the door when it didn’t open or have a push pad for handicap accessibility. They helped me track my package and helped me repackage it to bring it home on a wheelchair. They were very accommodating here.

The absolute best service from Isaac. He helped with multiple printing jobs from my email that was very confusing and he was so patient and helpful. Thank you

Love the store and the staff. But why do the hours always say open at 7 am. And no one is there at that time! Other people are waiting too.

Rude and slow customer service, I was told “the UPS drivers will deliver packages at this location and sign for them” (what ?!) so the store can’t find it even though the tracking says it was delivered. UPS is a joke.
