  Every experience has been generally pleasant but today Anna and her lies was really an issue for me. She fathered no information inflated the rates and didn’t even ask the type of package I wanted to ship. $68.00 for next day didn’t ask me for an estimate or if I already had one but told me I also couldn’t ship certified and stated that I needed to go to the local post office!!!! Supposed Owner Matt Bryant your employees need to do better and it really needs to be observed why everyone wouldn’t have the same experience or why a particular individual wouldn’t want to assist Thank you UPS on 16th st and Glendale for sending Certified!

  I recently obtained one of UPS's mailboxes. At first, I thought the cost was expensive. But it was something I needed. The level of service I've received by The UPS Store staff has been above all of my expectations! The only name I can remember right now is Isaac. But there's another gentleman and a young woman who also provide outstanding service. I feel valued. Whomever does the hiring, they are doing it right. Thank you for making picking up my mail a happy event. Isaac always greets me with a smile and asks if there's anything else I need.

  Open almost 30 minutes later than the posted and online information. Printer is down so even they have my court documents (private event data breach ), cannot print copies. Not even assure the files will be deleted. Missing the young man used to be working there. He surely has better business ethics.
