  Rude and slow customer service, I was told “the UPS drivers will deliver packages at this location and sign for them” (what ?!) so the store can’t find it even though the tracking says it was delivered. UPS is a joke.

  Sent people here. Store never has stamps or stamp machine never works. My friends were upset & wont go back.Awful experience

  Every experience has been generally pleasant but today Anna and her lies was really an issue for me. She fathered no information inflated the rates and didn’t even ask the type of package I wanted to ship. $68.00 for next day didn’t ask me for an estimate or if I already had one but told me I also couldn’t ship certified and stated that I needed to go to the local post office!!!! Supposed Owner Matt Bryant your employees need to do better and it really needs to be observed why everyone wouldn’t have the same experience or why a particular individual wouldn’t want to assist Thank you UPS on 16th st and Glendale for sending Certified!
